Spa Policies
The objective of our spa policies is to provide a stress free and pleasant experience for all our customers. They are in also line with CASE accreditation and police licensing conditions.
Transparent Pricing – All prices are published and there are no hidden costs.
15 Days Cooling Off Period after purchasing a package – This is 10 days more than what’s recommended by CASE. In the unlikely situation that you ask for a refund, refund will be based on the amount you paid for the package less amount of treatments you used at normal, un-discounted published prices.
No Indecency – Our Therapists are professionals and they would feel insulted when subject to indecent behavior. An ongoing session would be aborted if warning (graciously given) is not heeded. No refund will be given if this happens.
