Dear Customers,

In view of the increasing costs of business over the last few years, We will be marginally increasing our massage prices by 10% with effect from 1 August 2013. The last time we revised our prices was in January 2010. This price increase will not affect our facials, body scrubs and heated aromatherapy oils. Bulk of the price increase will go to improving our staff incentives so that we will continue to attract and retain the best therapists in Singapore.

Between 1 June 2013 to 31 July 2013, we will be doing some minor renovation works to upgrade our older facilities and also look into ways to improve overall customer experience. This includes hiring a full time spa trainer whose key responsibility is to care for the ongoing training and development needs of our expanding team of therapists.

• Give early feedback
  Kindly give early feedback to your therapist if the treatment is not proceeding according to your expectations. While our therapists are very experienced and will be able to adjust their pressure and focus according to your body condition, your feedback is still most helpful.
  
  
• No indecency
  While almost all our customers respect our Therapist as providing a professional service, there are still those who wish for "special" services & behave in a disrespectful or indecent manner. If after warnings are given & the customer persist in such behaviors, we will have no choice but to abort the session without compensation.
  
  
• Be on time
  Please also support us by being on time as nature of our service is highly time sensitive.
  
  
• Update us on changes
  If there are any changes to your schedule before your arrival, please notify us as early as possible.
