• When you purchase our $500 discount package, you receive 500 credits in your account which can be used to redeem any choice of massage menu treatments at 16.8% discount from menu prices. For example, only 41.60 credits will be deducted from your package balance to redeem a one (1) hour massage worth $50 menu price.

  • Discount prices are denominated in credits, hence only credits can be used to redeem treatments at discounted prices. If your credits are insufficient to fully redeem your treatment, the normal menu price will be applicable if partial cash payment is involved.

  • Our offer for you to buy 10 hours and get 2 hours free massage is based on massage worth $50 per hour. If you spend more than $50 on your treatment, more credits are necessary for redemption.

  • You may share your package credits with anyone you know.

  • You may redeem any treatments on the massage menu at any of our branches.

  • You are not purchasing a membership with Healing Touch. You will only enjoy the discounted price if your treatment is fully redeemed with credits.

  • Your credits expire in 18 months from the date of purchase, You may request for another 3 months extension if you are unable to use your credits within 18 months.

  • Menu prices are subject to change any time by Healing Touch giving minimum one (1) month notice published on our web site and Facebook.

  • There is a 5 days cooling off period exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays during which you may request for a refund of unused credits. Refund will be the full package price less whatever amount you spent and card charges (if applicable) based on normal menu price.
